Having said all this, we know that from time-to-time, a problem may arise. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to correct the problem to your satisfaction. We have a no questions asked return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us in the same condition as you received it, however there is a 10% restocking fee and return postage will be at your own expense.

Shipping and Handling.

Sturdy boxes, bubble wrap and quality filler materials are used to ensure that your package arrives at your door the same way it left our door.  We use a range of delivery companies Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Fed Ex, UPS, we always endeavor to use the carrier that is most beneficial to us as the seller and to you as the buyer.
